The board of management for the Gridiron Association of South Australia is comprised of an executive and board members, which consist of clubs and associated organisations

Clubs and associations are represented by an individual having one vote each at any board meeting.

Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month commencing at 7.00pm

The current management board was appointed at the AGM held in June 2009
